"I'd die for you." { hehehe }
Send "I'd die for you." for my character's reaction.

Kasuka doesn’t think he’s ever felt heartbreak before.

There have been times where he has been hurt and his chest simply ached or the times when he was affected by something so much that there was an underlying sadness to everything he felt for a while. There has never been a reason for him to feel heartbreak, since nothing has ever caused it before – he has never been close enough to someone, minus his brother, for them to be able to hurt him like that.

Then Kanra speaks those words, the ones he didn’t ever want to hear from someone he held close to his heart, and he can feel his chest practically splitting in two. He raises a hand to his chest, just to see if it had actually happened and he was currently bleeding out, but no such thing had happened.

He’s still whole.

Then he looks back to Kanra, where her head is once more laying on his lap, except this time they’re at home and there’s a kitten in her arms and it’s had so much affection from the both of them today that he’s surprised it hasn’t tried to run away yet. His hand pauses from where they had been running through her hair, a now familiar gesture, and he’s completely frozen.

Don’t— he says, and there’s almost a desperate tone to that single word. Don’t say that, There have been threats on his life before and he doesn’t want to involve her, doesn’t want her to take those words seriously and get hurt because he couldn’t protect himself. If that happens, he thought that he really would break in two and there would be no way to glue himself back together.

Don’t say you’ll leave me, Kanra.
