His disinterest knew no bounds, at least right now. “Well I think this is the last time we will converse, I dunno shit just feels awkward now…I dunno if it’s you or me…or what we had going? I am really clueless here…”

It wasn't disinterest, per se. More like not knowing what to say. It just didn’t show. And what she said just made him shrug slightly, since he didn’t know either. He just.. wasn’t sure.
“I..uh had some trouble moving those heavier boxes up into the attic, so I kind of just pushed them into the spare bedroom. I hope that is alright. I mean Shizuo came over, but he wouldn’t help me so…"

”Thank you for that as well. I can take care of the rest,“ Shizuo didn’t help? ”Ah, nii-san can be so rude.. I’m sorry.“
Ugh, well this was highly awkward, “Here’s your key back..” The female said before handing him his penthouse key back. “Thanks for letting me stay.”

Kasuka didn’t seem to agree. “Thank you for taking care of Yui,” He sounded as sincere as a deadpan voice could there, even. “I appreciate it very much.”

[ text: ] I always return eventually. It was a lot of fun. I enjoyed myself a lot. Has Yuigadokusonmaru treated you well?
Send "Little thing" and my character will tell you something as a child.

“You’re very pretty… do you want some pudding?”

[ text: ] That would be fun.
[ text: ] What time do you want to go?
The female had to contain her vast amount of excitement, as the feeling in the pit of her stomach returned, happily swinging the pillow close to her body from side to side, before walking over to the bed, and sliding in with ease, it had felt a tad bit awkward to be sleeping with next to someone other than Izaya, it saddened her a little bit. Before the Yui-neko stretched and got up curling up against the master’s stomach. Kanra then discarded the pillow and put it underneath her head, his back was to her.
“I..hope this is okay…” It was out of habit that she looped her arms around him from behind, and nestled her cheek into his back. Her ear against his spine before she could hear his heart beat, soft and steady before it was slowly lulling her to slumber. His warmth encompassing her slender frame. Remembering that she would have to thank him for everything he has done for her in such a short amount of time. This was the closest thing to home she had right now, without all the toxins that plagued her life .

Though he probably should have, even after inviting her into his bed, Kasuka didn’t go back to sleep again. Instead he waited until the other had slid in next to him, staring straight ahead as he listened to her doing so. Perhaps it should have felt strange, to have someone else next to him as he tried to sleep, but it didn’t actually feel as bad as he had expected it to. It was more comfortable than he had expected, if anything else, and it caused a more content feeling to overwhelm him.
“It’s fine,” he said quietly, raising his arm so he could lay his hand on top of hers, sliding his fingers in between her slim ones. Without his even realising it, his eyes slid closed, though he still didn’t fall completely asleep. Having her behind him and so close was comfortable, more so than he had thought something like this could ever be, and he wondered if it was just because it was Kanra or it would be like this with anyone.
It had been her first night there, and she was given the guest bedroom. Having been so used to sleeping next to someone however there came a faint knock on Kasuka’s door, before she opened it. “Uh..Kasuka….” The female said softly, standing there in a large black sweatshirt, that clung to about halfway down her thighs. Clinging to a pillow, “Ca…Can I sleep with you tonight?…I promise no funny stuff….” It would appear she was extremely dependent on others, and needed to feel constantly comforted. Standing there before placing her mouth and nose into the soft pillow, unsure of what to do.

Though Kasuka had not been asleep, he wasn’t fully awake either, stuck in the sort of in between when you don’t really register anything and wouldn’t remember it in the morning. The knock was enough to wake him up, eyes opening and blinking blearily, the only sign that he wanted to go back to sleep again. “… Of course,” he mumbled after a moments silence, taking in what had been said. The talent shuffled so that there was room closest to her to slide into, throwing back the covers and leaving a pile of pillows for her to lay on. “Sleep in here for as long as you need to.”

“It’s okay,” he says quietly, squeezing her just that little bit tighter at her shaking. It’s terrible to hear this way, tearing at him in ways he had hoped to never experience, though he knows that she feels twice or a thousand times worse than he does just seeing her this way. “You can stay with me for as long as you want to.” It’s the least he can do to lend a hand.

“Kanra–?" The sudden attack is the last thing he expects, and if he’s surprised by it, he doesn’t show it. Instead he just wraps his arms around her in return, burning with curiosity over her words but daring not to ask, lest he just make her feel even worse. A myriad of nonsensical and soothing words are given instead of questions and he rests his cheek against the side of her head, hoping that he is being comforting in some way, since he can’t help but feel slightly useless.
